We are currently looking for someone to wants both their forklift and warehousing expertise in a role that combines a hybrid of both tasks. Our client is seeking someone who is capable of driving 6t-8t forklifts and comfortable to do hands on duties. You will be joining their afternoon shift team, working from 2PM – 10PM out of there warehouse based in Dandenong South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 60% forklift duties and 40% warehouse tasks and responsibilities
  • Operating a variety of forklifts from 6t – 8t to load/unload trucks
  • Bagging and labelling products
  • Basic customer service and customer facing duties
  • Repetitive manual handling
  • Conduct and assist in regular stocktaking/cycle counts
  • Operating computers to locate and track items

Our ideal Candidate

  • You have long term, full working rights
  • Understanding of building and construction, particularly plasterboards highly regarded
  • Great communicational skills to interact with clients and candidates
  • Available for immediate start
